Where is the Class'Park car park located?
Our car park is located at 3 Rue du Château d'eau in Le Mesnil-Amelot. Count on a 5-minute transfer time in one of our comfortable shuttles to reach your departure terminal at Roissy CDG. Our car park is not affiliated to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.
What are the advantages of our car park?
Once you have booked online, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Show up on the day of your departure at 3 Rue du Château d'eau, 77990 Le Mesnil-Amelot. Show your reservation to the staff, who will open the car park entrance for you.
Park in the arrivals area. Go to reception and we'll take care of the formalities and check your reservation.
How do I get to the car park?

If you have booked a shuttle service :
Just turn up at 3 Rue du Château d'eau in Le Mesnil-Amelot.
One of our drivers will help you load your baggage onto one of our shuttles and take you to your departure hall at Roissy CDG.
During your stay we keep your vehicle keys in a highly secure room with biometric fingerprint entry.
When you return after collecting your luggage, contact the shuttle by telephone. It will pick you up in front of your arrival hall and take you directly to car park P1 to collect your vehicle.
Can I keep the keys to my vehicle?
No, unless you have taken out the "keep your keys" option.
If you have not chosen this option, your keys will be stored by Class'Park in a secure room.
We will only move your vehicle within the confines of the car park.
Why do I have to leave my keys?
Rest assured, your vehicle will remain in the car park.
We keep the keys to the vehicle because our Silo car park has different floors.
Guests are not permitted to move around in this area. On arrival, you must park your vehicle in the "arrival zone". During your stay, we will park your car on the floors. On your return, you will collect your vehicle from the "departure zone". It will be ready to leave.
Does the shuttle service run all the time?
Our shuttles operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Can I make a reservation if I don't yet know my final flight times?
You can make a booking on our website without knowing your flight times.
All you have to do is enter your departure and return dates and fill in the fictitious timetables.
As soon as you know your final flight times, usually 48 hours before departure, contact us on 01 69 39 11 75 and we will update your booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
For any changes, please contact us by telephone and we will update your booking.
In the event of cancellation :
* If you have taken out cancellation insurance, your booking will be refunded if we are notified before your scheduled arrival time.
* If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, no refund will be made.
Is online payment secure?
Our bank, Banque Populaire, secures your online payment on our site.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Once your online payment has been validated, you will receive an email with a summary of your order, which you should present on the day of your arrival at the car park.
