Tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé dépôt de la voiture navette aller-retour vers l'aéroport et restitution. Voiture récupérée dans la même état que quand elle a éte déposé.

Accueil et situation géographique parfaits. Instructions très claires pour le retour.

Rapide et efficace à l'allée comme au retour, pas de soucis dans la prise en charge. La voiture était même prête à notre retour. Nous reviendrons en espérant avoir le même service à chaque fois.

Nous avons l'habitude de réserver avec Class park et en étions toujours satisfaits. Comme nous partions avec des amis, nous avons reservé pour stationner 3 véhicules. Au retour, nous avons donc signifié que nous étions 9 (ce qui nécessite 2 navettes). Une seule navette est venue, a proposé de ne prendre que les chauffeurs, ce que nous avons refusé. Un autre chauffeur a été emmené dans la navette, utilisant donc une place supplémentaire; 2 personnes ont donc dû attendre une 2e navette et cela a duré 42 min (entre l'envoi du 1er sms et le départ des deux derniers voyageurs). Une meilleure organisation me semble nécessaire...

Catastrophic experience. On arrival, the staff got in each other's faces in front of the customers, and were totally rude. But the worst was on the return journey: 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle to arrive (no confirmation following our message), then we had to go to another terminal to pick up other people. The driver thought she was on a rally circuit, driving any old way and well over the speed limit, while on her phone. It was enough to make us very sick when we arrived at the car park, where we found the car dirty (dirty carpets) and stuck by other cars, which meant an extra wait. Nice to be back in France. It's a shame, we were customers before and hadn't had this kind of problem. We will not return.

I highly recommend this car park. Great organisation, it's a covered car park. My car texted me on the first day to say bon voyage. I loved the attention. The airport shuttles are great, comfortable and electric.

The quality of the car park is very good. Drop-off and pick-up at terminal 2F alone could be improved. Especially if you arrive late. Some metal curtains are closed on the way between 2B and 2F. Couldn't you serve more terminals on 2?

I could have given it 5 stars, but the drop-off at Charles de Gaulle airport is only for terminal 2, at 2F. If your flight is at 2B, you have to cross the whole airport.

Good price closed car park, therefore secure, but very crowded BUT the car park is in fact 20 minutes from the airport and you have to wait in the cold to leave because there is no customer reception area at the garage and also in the cold at the airport to leave, because the meeting point is at the bus shelter

Good organisation, clean and punctual shuttles, the only downside was that I had the covered parking option and I got my car back covered in dust when I dropped it off, all clean! Conclusion: unnecessary option

Fine except that we were not dropped off at our terminal so we had to walk through the whole airport on the way there and on the way back! Not great

The outward journey went very well. On the way back we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and when we got to the car park, our car wasn't ready. For the price we paid, the car could have been ready to go. We paid an extra €10 because we had to be brought back to the car park before 7am, it was after 7am and no refund ...

Nothing to say, impeccable, parking beyond reproach, shuttle on time and polite.

I'd recommend it! I dropped my car off at 5.30 in the morning and the shuttle got me there in plenty of time! The same for the return journey, barely a 10 minute wait.... I would definitely go back

Hello, I'm satisfied overall, but I gave the car park a rating of 4 because the return journey was a bit confusing. Lots of arrivals, lots of departures and in the end more waiting than expected to get the shuttle, get the keys and manage to get out of the car park. These busy weekends probably call for a little more organisation to reduce confusion (and therefore stress). The staff were very attentive despite the stress, thank you.

The best car park near Roissy CDG. The welcome, preparation and return of the vehicle were perfect. The shuttles are very recent and very well maintained. Friendliness of the driver and the whole team. I've left my car with them twice now and I'd come back again.
