Close to the airport, fast shuttle service

Friendly and respectful staff. It's a pity that the meeting point is at T2F, it's a long way with suitcases when you arrive at T2B...

Already customers before the move, usually very satisfied...this time the return was very, very long, we already had to get to T2F, we crossed the airport, we sent the message, they told us to send a message when you were at T2F terminal..... arrived 25 minutes after my second message..... When we arrived at the car park, we had to wait almost 20 minutes to find the keys to our vehicle and go and collect it from the 3rd floor...we weren't even told that they were moving our vehicle !!!! No photo of the demand meter... nothing... like some car parks that move our vehicles but we're warned that they're moving us. vehicles but we are warned in advance, and above all it's ready when we arrive.....bref very poor organisation this day in any case....they were lost...and above all more than 1h30 between getting off the plane and leaving with our vehicle...very disappointed ...too long....

Frankly, I've used several car parks with shuttles, and this one is really top notch! Everything is perfect, the pick-up on departure and arrival is very professional, there's no waiting so to speak, and the driver is very friendly. We won't hesitate to use this car park again on our next trip.

Good parking and good value for money. Good customer relations. The only negative point was that on the return journey, the driver was not behaving properly (speeding, telephone at the wheel all the way). It's not pleasant to be shaken about like that for 10 minutes and dodge accidents.

Very satisfied with the service. We arrived and put the car down, after checking in at reception we were taken to the airport. On the way back we send a message and the driver comes to pick us up, we get the car back and that's it. Simple clear efficient fast!

We looked a bit hard for the meeting point at terminal 2F on the arrival level (perhaps we could give you more details on how to get there). Very satisfied!

Secure site, good welcome, immediate assistance

After using the Paris Nord Villepinte site several times, I'm disappointed with this new location. Inspecting the windscreen and asking for it to be replaced? Waiting time on return due to wrong phone number ???? Deposit of keys! I'll change car park the next time I need one. Fr BOUILLY.

professional pick-up, unserious drop-off, no dedicated person, the driver looked everywhere for the keys and then for the car, fortunately a 2nd driver arrived to help him. The waiting time at 2F in a temperature of 1° is a bit long and when a shuttle arrives to empty its vehicle it doesn't want to take us without explanation, your team needs to be trained in customer service. The parking area is clean and secure, close to CDG.

Satisfied with the service, unfortunately our vehicle was involved in a collision. A word of advice: make an optional report when you arrive.

40 minutes waiting at the airport terminal and then first to collect the key to my vehicle and last to be served... There's a lack of staff and professionalism. I advise you to send the message well in advance of your arrival on the terminal platform. It's always the same pigeons who pay for a service and end up waiting to optimise the return journey by taking as many passengers as possible, even if it means making you wait.

Disagree! Very good on the outward journey: access, welcome, secure and clean car park, fast shuttle bus. On the return journey, however, we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle at 3 degrees to end up with 9 people crammed into the shuttle. After a 16-hour journey, you can't really be patient any more!

very serious car park that I recommended to two people who have reserved a space for the 2nd week of February.

Everything went fine on the outward journey, but on the return it was very inconvenient. As planned, I sent the text message indicating that we were at the indicated gate. The reply was "super on arrive". After 20 minutes, I was advised to wait inside. Then, 10 minutes later, I was told that I had only indicated 8.30pm and not 8.10pm as the arrival time, and the wait continued. In the end, the driver arrived at 2F but changed to T1 with further delays because there were more people to pick up than there were seats. In short, it took almost an hour from my 1st text message to getting my car back.

Secure access. Free shuttle bus (please allow one hour before check-in time). Collection directly from the terminal with a 5-minute wait. Quality and efficient service. I would recommend this service.

Roissy car park, very clean, several storeys high, arrival on the ground floor sheltered from bad weather, very good reception, fast service to and from the car park with recent electric vehicles and a friendly driver, all at an attractive price.

Covered garage, very clean, close to the airport. The shuttle was also clean and the waiting time was quite satisfactory.

Very bad experience on the return journey: 50-minute wait, very little communication, no apology in the end... The first experience when the car park opened at this location in July 2024 was a good one.
